еще можно DOS вспомнить. правда у компа на DOS и Win-98 обычно и флешку втыкать некуда, старенькие.

Вот Red-Hat на нестарой машине с двухядерным ксеоном 3600Ггц-64bit, с кучей портов USB и проч. наворотами - реально напомнил мне о win-98.
