Мои друзья из Минска лет десять назад шутили типа "скоро мы в Интернет по паспорту ходить будем и у всей страны пальцы откатают".
По паспорту уже несколько лет как, пальцы у всех откатали окончательно этой весной.
Такие вот шутки.
